Battery Cover Sealing with Ultrasonic Battery packs and power bank cases are sealed with Ultrasonic welding technology. Instead of screwing the lid to the plastic body, Ultrasonic welding is used. Electronic board is placed into the plastic body and the 2 parts are sealed to each other with Ultrasonic welding machine.
